Administration Fee: A fee of 3.5% is applied to all bookings for administrative costs.
Credit Card Payments: A 3.5% fee is charged for payments with non-EU credit cards, as per PSD2 regulations.
Confirmation: A reservation number will be emailed for bookings. Please review for accuracy and report discrepancies immediately. Refer to this number for any changes or cancellations.
Hire Price Guarantee: Quoted prices are fixed post-confirmation, provided no itinerary changes occur. Adjustments made post-confirmation will incur additional charges.
Vehicle Requests: Indicate specific vehicle requirements when booking, or we may assign one based on availability.
Waiting Policy: Complimentary waiting times are included – 45 minutes for airports and 15 minutes for other locations. Additional waiting is charged at our hourly rate.
Additional Luggage: Inform us if extra luggage space is needed to allocate a suitable vehicle.
Private Flight Pickups: Unless directed otherwise, we adjust pickup times based on FBO information. Additional waiting is charged at our hourly rate.
Amendments: Must be made with the reservation number and not accepted within 24 hours of the pickup time.
Incurred Costs: Charges for parking, tunnels, and tolls are at cost. Passengers are responsible for parking fines incurred by their directions.
Night Surcharge: A 20% surcharge applies for services between 22:00 and 06:00.
Cancellation Policy:
- Transfers: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup; within 72 hours, a full rate is charged.
- Weddings: Free cancellation up to 5 days before; within 5 days, a full rate is charged.
- Security Drivers and Close Protection Officers: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before; within 72 hours, a full rate is charged.
No-Shows: Result in charges equal to the minimum rate plus applicable fees.
Refunds: A handling fee of 7.5% applies for processed refunds.
Service Delays: We are not liable for delays beyond our control but will communicate any known disruptions.
Insurance: Our vehicles and drivers, including Public Liability Insurance, are fully insured.
Route Discretion: Drivers may alter routes due to traffic conditions; we are not responsible for missed appointments due to delays.
Child Safety Seats: Available upon request. Installation and safety checks are the guardians’ responsibility.
Smoking Policy: Smoking in our vehicles is prohibited by Irish law.
Dogs Policy: Dogs are allowed; please notify us when booking. Large dogs require dog boxes.
Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays due to weather, lost/damaged passenger belongings, traffic conditions, or personal items left in vehicles. A delivery fee applies for returning lost items.
Vehicle Care: Passengers must respect our vehicles; charges for damage or soiling may apply.
